The PGLOA was formally incorporated under its initial constitution in 2001. For historical value this old constitution with amendments up to 2007 can be viewed here.

In 2014 a new constitution based on the model rules developed by Department of Commerce and Industry for incorporated not-for-profit organisations, was adopted by PGLOA. This new constitution still requires final advisory endorsement by DCI, but serves as the functioning set of procedural rules for PGLOA.
